What it is

Peers you can be honest with.

Not another networking group. A small, vetted room of founders and CEOs who show up for one another all year long.

CEO Collective runs on three things: a monthly Forum with a professional facilitator, private dinners once a month in your city, and two full retreats a year. Everything else, from expert briefings to quarterly excursions and member introductions, is built around those anchors.

We keep the room small on purpose. Six to eight members per Forum, non-competitive industries, similar-stage companies. So when you're in the room, you can actually talk.

Seamus is the founder of Carabiner Capital, the holding company behind CEO Collective. Before Carabiner Capital, he built Carabiner Group, the world's first RevOps-as-a-Service agency, acquired by SBI Growth Advisory in May 2024.

He founded CEO Collective for the peers he wished he'd had earlier: a small, honest room of other CEOs who show up every month, not because they have to, but because the room actually does what a good board should do.
